The Social Media Manager / Social Media Strategist class teaches a methodical approach to a strategic social media engagement in business. The focus is on proven methodologies for assessing a social media landscape, learning about social media strategy frameworks, planning and ROI considerations as well as social media organization models in corporations. It is especially designed for social media managers, directors, social media consultants and agencies who plan to offer social media services within an organization or to their clients. As Certified Social Media Manager or Certified Social Media Strategist you will be able to help businesses creating and executing a social media business strategy from assessment to execution and reporting.

Student material
You will receive the material the day prior to the class start.

Class structure:
The CSMM Class consists of 24 Lessons of approximately 45 minutes each. You will need to study 4 lessons each week in a self paced online learning.

Once a week we have an online workshop for Q+A and exercise review, discuss experience and explore the next lessons as well as next exercises

Allocate about 8 hours per week for exercises and 4 hours per week to go through the lessons

Certification
A certificate is provided based on required workshop attendance, lesson review, and tests. If an attendee is not passing the requirements, he or she can repeat the class at 25% of the cost.
