As the leadership class is rather demanding, an entrance exam is required. It's all ONLINE and at no charge.

Class structure
Each lesson takes approximately 45 minutes to go through. You will need to study 3-4 lessons each week in a self paced online learning. In parallel you will work on real life projects to get hands on experience. You will want to allocate at least 10 hours per week for those exercises. Once a week we have an online workshop to present and go through those exercises in great detail. This is also a good time for general questions.

Certification
A certificate is provided based on required workshop attendance, lesson review, and tests. If an attendee is not passing the requirements, he or she can repeat the class at 30% of the cost.
